P.R.I.D.E.

Once clients are employed they will be eligible to move into the final phase of the R.E.A.D.Y. Center Program! They will have the opportunity to continue to work towards the goals they began to establish in Steps to Self-Sufficiency (Job Club). The Partnering Retention Intervention During Employment (P.R.I.D.E.) schedule is flexible and designed to meet the needs of employed people. Staff will continue to assist them as they move toward their goals. Clients will also have access to a variety of mini-workshops specifically designed to deal with the special issues that employed people encounter.
